Yup, pop-y dance music by a French DJ whose been mainstream for some time now. Lots of guests and lots of beats.
My score was lower after only a couple spins, but this album grew on me. The slew of guests certainly helps. I'll admit the album is a little blasé for Guetta, but that's no surprise with how quickly he jumped on the scene. He's releasing albums quicker than James Patterson drops books.
After coming back to this album more and more, things began to stand out and I find myself looking forward to every song on the record. "Hey Mama" with Nicki Minaj & Afrojack is the stand out track by far, but a lot of others keep my head bobbing.
It's certainly not his best album, but I didn't expect that. I just wanted something new and fun to listen to on top of his other projects, and in that light this is a success.
